64 Tetrahedron Grid Sculpture — Lost Wax Cast Copper
Vector Equilibrium Core · Handcrafted to Order · 4–6 Week Production
Please check sizing before ordering. This sculpture measures approximately 38mm × 47mm × 44mm — roughly 1.5 to 1.8 inches across. It is a precision desktop object sized for close examination and handling, not a large display piece. If you have questions about scale, message us before purchasing.
The 64 Tetrahedron Grid is one of the most geometrically significant structures in sacred geometry and theoretical physics. It represents the point where maximum complexity and perfect equilibrium converge — 64 tetrahedrons arranged so that every vector is equal length, every force balanced. Cast in pure copper through lost wax casting, this sculpture makes that structure physical and tangible.
The Geometry
When 64 tetrahedrons are arranged in this specific configuration, the result is a structure with properties unlike any other sacred geometry form:
The only geometric form in which all vectors from center to vertex are equal length — what Buckminster Fuller called the "cosmic zero" in his Synergetics. Perfect omnidirectional equilibrium.
Fuller's term for the underlying geometry of this structure — the same in every direction, at every scale. The grid grows fractally while maintaining perfect equilibrium throughout.
The arrangement contains 8 complete star tetrahedrons (Merkabas) in perfect symmetry, plus 48 additional tetrahedrons — making it exponentially more complex than a standalone Merkaba.
Physicist Nassim Haramein has proposed this geometry as a model for the structure of the quantum vacuum — the fabric of space at the Planck scale. His paper "Quantum Gravity and the Holographic Mass" and Buckminster Fuller's Synergetics both explore this structure's physical significance.
The structure also contains the golden ratio, Fibonacci proportions, and all five Platonic Solids — making it among the most information-dense forms in sacred geometry.
Lost Wax Casting Process
The 64 Tetrahedron Grid pushes lost wax casting to its limits. With 144 edges and 83 vertices that must all be correctly cast and connected, the failure rate during production is significant — approximately 30% of castings are rejected and remelted. Only geometrically perfect pieces ship.
A mathematically precise CAD model is 3D printed in wax at 0.05mm layer height — finer than the Metatron's Cube — to capture every intersection point of the 64-tetrahedron structure.
Multiple coats of ceramic investment are applied, building a shell strong enough to hold molten copper through the intricate internal channels.
Molten copper at 1,085°C flows through the mold. The wax burns away entirely, leaving copper in its exact geometric form.
Each of the 64 tetrahedrons is individually inspected. Pieces that don't meet geometric standards are remelted. Approved pieces are hand-finished and polished.
Production is handled through Shapeways' master craftsmen. Because each piece is made to order, please allow 4–6 weeks from purchase to shipment.

How People Use This Sculpture
Its size — small enough to hold, complex enough to study — makes it well suited for close examination during meditation or sacred geometry study. It works as an altar centerpiece, a desk object for contemplation, or the most technically sophisticated piece in a sacred geometry collection. The geometric complexity visible from every angle rewards repeated handling in a way that 2D representations cannot.

Designed by Randall Morgan, founder of Pardesco — the original sacred geometry designer on Etsy since 2018. This sculpture was developed from a mathematically precise CAD model built to accurately represent the vector equilibrium properties of the 64 Tetrahedron Grid in three dimensions. Work exhibited at Manifest Gallery, ETHDenver, and the Joint Mathematical Meetings.
Common Questions
The 64 Tetrahedron Grid has 144 edges that must all cast cleanly and connect correctly. The geometric complexity results in a higher casting failure rate — approximately 30% of pours are rejected. The price reflects that additional production cost and the skilled finishing work required.
A Merkaba is two interlocking tetrahedrons. The 64 Tetrahedron Grid contains eight complete Merkabas plus 48 additional tetrahedrons, all arranged in perfect vector equilibrium — a fundamentally different and more complex structure.
Yes — copper develops a natural patina over time. Care instructions are included. Many collectors appreciate the aged patina; others prefer to maintain the polished finish.
This sculpture follows the geometric principles Haramein describes — 64 tetrahedrons in perfect vector equilibrium forming a cuboctahedron. It is not an officially licensed product of the Resonance Science Foundation.
Every piece is inspected for casting quality and geometric accuracy before shipping. If your sculpture arrives with a casting defect, we will recast it at no charge.
