SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All items are handcrafted and made to order in our home studio. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be created prior to shipping. We take great care to ensure each piece meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
- Standard delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- All items are fully insured during transit at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping
- International orders typically take 1-4 weeks to be delivered after shipping, depending on the destination country.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
- VAT and Customs Fees: Please be aware that your country may charge Value Added Tax (VAT) or customs fees on imported goods. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying these fees to receive your items. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information once provided and contacting your local post office if your order is being held by customs.
- All international shipments are insured during transit.

- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to:
- High volume of orders

Address Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All items are insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

- Provide photos of any damaged packaging and products (if applicable)
- We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
